What is the Great American Cleanup of PA?
The Great American Cleanup of PA is Pennsylvania's participation in the national Great American Cleanup sponsored by Keep America Beautiful. Registered events can get free cleanup supplies such as bags, gloves, and vests donated by PennDOT and Keep America Beautiful. The Great American Cleanup goes from March 1 to May 31, 2010.

What is Pick It Up PA Days?
Pick It Up PA Days is a two-week long event that is a part of the Great American Cleanup of PA. Sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and participating landfills, registered events will be able to get free disposal from their cleanups. The Pick It Up PA Days goes from April 17 to May 1, 2010, with the focus day being April 24. Once you register your event you will have access to the list of participating landfills.

Who can take part in community cleanups?
Local government leaders, business and trade organizations, community groups and ordinary citizens may take part in community cleanups.

Information on the success of your event is very important and helpful to both Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful and the national Keep America Beautiful, Inc. so please take a moment to report your results!
