A new park will be constructed adjacent to the Monaca Rochester Bridge on Route 18 in Monaca and will include a pergola with patio area, trash receptacles, cigarette outpost, way finding business sign, in ground security landscape lighting and all new landscaping to include flowers and shrubs.
